1. Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original, resalable condition

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with all components, hardware, manuals, etc.

  • Items that are used, installed, damaged, customized, or not in original condition are not eligible for return.


2. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, you must first contact our team for authorization:

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

If your order included Free Shipping, standard shipping charges will be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to our error.


4. Warranty Claims

If you discover a manufacturing defect after the 7-day return window, your product may still be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Contact us for assistance in filing a warranty claim. Warranty terms vary by product and brand.


5. Cancellations & Refused Orders

  • You may cancel your order at no cost any time before shipping.

  • Orders cancelled after dispatch or refused at delivery (except due to shipping damage) will be treated as returns and may incur shipping and restocking fees.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are non-returnable, except in cases of damage, defect, or fulfillment errors:

  • Installed, used, painted, modified, scratched, or bent items

  • Items not returned in original condition or packaging

  • Custom-made or personalized products (e.g., custom car keychains)

  • Special order items not part of regular inventory

  • Missing hardware, instructions, or components


7. Shipping Errors or Damaged Items

If you received an incorrect or damaged product due to our mistake or a manufacturing issue, we’ll arrange for the return and cover the shipping costs. Please report such issues to us within 48 hours of delivery.
